About bug 20307, i'd say it's unnoticeable when running in a 640x480 window...
I
experienced it myself yesterday. But you can't miss it in 1680x1050 fullscreen.
Toggling shadows on/off _really_ impacts the framerate. But this is off-topic
:-)

How about the log i attached? One exhibits a GL_error, the other doesn't.

I'll test git hopefully tonight. May be should i regenerate a +d3d,+tid log?
