Further investigation:

If I force return value to TRUE and set dwError to 0 in
CertVerifyCertificateChainPolicy, the client displays that warning message,
what i posted previously. I think windows accepts that certificate, but wine's
crypt32 does not.
After clicking Ignore, this error message displayed:
A communication error occurred receiving data from the server.
(The underlying connection was closed: An unexpected error occurred on a
receive.)

Console output displays GNUTLS error:
fixme:secur32:schan_InitializeSecurityContextW Using hardcoded "NORMAL"
priority
GNUTLS ERROR: Resource temporarily unavailable, try again.
