Still no crash on starting up, using Wine-1.1.41. The game uses 640x480 screen
resolution in 16-bit depth, is that resolution available for you in your
xorg.conf? What gfx card and drivers are you using?

If the game ran well for you with an earlier version of Wine, please do a
regression test:
