Diff which adds the old code back alongside the new code

If you can code apply this diff to surface.c and figure out what is different
between the old and the new version of the blt_info call. Likely some
coordinates are calculated incorrectly but without being able to reproduce the
problem here, I can't figure out what's wrong.
