That's from missing dxtrans.dll, though i haven't got a clue if this would fix
your problem.

You could try copying dxtrans.dll from a windowspartition to
~/.wine/drive_c/windows/system32 and then do 'regsvr32 dxtrans.dll'

I doubt it'll help, but always worth a shot
