[Bug 22170] Yahoo Messenger 10 does'nt login to server gives an error

This bug is invalid.  10061 aka WSAECONNREFUSED.  Sure enough, trying to
connect to that web server directly, the connection is also refused:

$ telnet 66.163.168.217 80
Trying 66.163.168.217...
telnet: connect to address 66.163.168.217: Connection refused

Nothing to do with Wine.
