I can confirm this, though the bug summary is a bit misleading, as the problem
is not with the K-Lite Codec Pack, but with Media Player Classic Home Cinema,
regardless of how it's installed. I tested MPC-HC installed with winetricks,
and as part of the the Combined Community Codec Pack, with the same results.

Tested in wine-1.1.41-400-g6863290.
