[Bug 22135] Civilization 4 blocks the screen

The option to allow the WM to control the windows is checked. I have tried to
run it with it uncheceked and same behaviour and furthermore, now the icon to
choose Civ4 does not appear. No problem since Civ4 continues to occupy the full
screen.
