I don't but no one has indicated that it will be looked upon/considered
at some point. Instead I got the impression that unless I do all
the stuff with test case etc. and proved beyond doubt that there is
a problem, nothing will done.

As a casual Wine user I think I have done more than my home work. If you had
said upfront that it looks like a Wine bug but you are sure but will look
upon it at some point, I had no problem with that.
