The # in "cache:c4_home.html#pageId=0" is a comment marker and must be escaped,
otherwise parsing stops and the command line passed to the application is
wrong.

The latest Git should fix this (please test) by launching the .lnk file instead
of building the entire command line into the .desktop file, but the lack of
escaping could still still cause a bug for .lnk filenames in some cases, so I
will send a patch for it.
