if you have studied my_waveout.c or the latest waveout.c in git

that is almost a complete rewrite of winealsa.drv

Previously I can run winmm_test/dsound_test without any underrun for my two
sound card , now I get underrun at the end 

It is not easy to find out which part of the patch causing the underrun problem
