TVPlayer.exe interface screenshot

With wine-1.1.44-170-g69326aa, there are a few problems I notice with
TVPlayer.exe. First off, the video window of the interface appears to be
completely blank, and judging from the right-click context menu on the black
area, that's where the Silverlight content would be displayed. Secondly, the
window management buttons (maximize, exit, etc.), which are custom rendered in
the interface, are all placed roughly around the same spot in the upper left
corner of the window. Lastly, when I exit TVPlayer.exe, I get a crash on exit
in wined3d, with a backtrace that appears similar to bug 21154.
