Same problem here on Ubuntu 10.04 and Wine 1.1.42, I must click twice or more
over the close button to exit firefox. 

Console output messages are saying: fixme:win:FlashWindowEx
fixme:file:MoveFileWithProgressW MOVEFILE_WRITE_THROUGH unimplemented

Though if I go to the File menu and click Exit, Firefox closes immediately.
