COD:MW2 launches fine from Steam (once you work around bug 22053).
Starting single-player campaign works fine, too,
but there is some annoying flickering, usually covering only the middle quarter
of the screen, but occasionally affecting the sky as well.
It's as if buildings are flickering in and out.
