Sorry my mistake

I tried again and got this

    msi: Move application of substorage transforms out of

I tried to revert the commit but it just errors.

So

I downloaded msi.dll and placed it in Program Files/Common Files/Microsoft
Shared/OFFICE12
Set '/Program Files/Microsoft Office/Office12/Moc.EXE' msi.dll to
native,builtin and it now kinda works in wine 1.1.44 (but not every time!)
