Confirming in Wine 1.1.42 and wine-1.2-rc1-142-ga72f3f3 with and without
riched20 overridden. 

The Office installer reports new errors during install so there could be a
number of regressions here.

AppDB reports 1.1.36 as the last working version if anyone has time to do a
regression test...  I will when I get the chance.
