Unfortunately this is still present, but now the console log looks better
(provides backtrace). I can offer a debug log, if someone is interested :)

Tested under:
 * NFS MW v1.3 + crack (has SafeDisc v4.60 :-/)
 * wine-1.2-rc1-142-ga72f3f3
 * nVidia GT240 195.36.24
 * kernel 2.6.33.3 (patched ~ bug 20380)
