New test file

I cannot reproduce using the large file, but I have uploaded a new file that
exhibits the problem here on X86_64.
Also one more thing - this appears to be dependent on the directory where the
datafile is.
If the file is in (in my directory tree):
"~/Science/MSc/phylogenies/gene/test.fas"

I can reproduce the bug just fine.


If it is in:
"~/Desktop/test.fas"

The file opens fine.

Just placing it under:
"~/Desktop/BioEdit/test.fas"

Will trigger the problem again.
