I confirm this bug for mathcad 12 and mdac_2.6 bundle.
Mathcad 12 distribution offers mcad_2.6.exe but wine refuses install mcad. By
other words mathcad 12 doesn't work without properly mdac installation.

This problem has a simple solution. I just installed mcad_2.8 and all work
fine.
