Wine has its own msxml4, what I'm talking about is native msxml4. If you see
any msxml traces in log then native module is not used.

1) If Mathcad installer detects that msxml4 is missing with fresh .wine and
recent version like 1.3.6 then a version detection doesn't work for some
reason, most likely because of another Wine bug; For that problem open a new
report for installer itself as affected application;

2) Attached log shows schemas problem running wine builtin msxml, this is
what's this bug about. Install Matchcad with all necessary modules like mdac or
native msxml4. Then set msxml4/msxml3/msxml6 to builtin only in winecfg and get
a +msxml,+tid log starting matchad (http://wiki.winehq.org/FAQ#get_log), attach
it as a text file.
