Yes, this message no longer appears. Impulse now starts with corruption. 
there is a lot of

fixme:gdiplus:GdipFillRectangle graphics object has no HDC

And finally crash after some time with:

err:gdi:alloc_gdi_handle out of GDI object handles, expect a crash
