Yes, but you're building without gstreamer support, the bug is fixed with
gstreamer support enabled.

The bug may be related to
=>0 0x7c11db41 BasePinImpl_EnumMediaTypes+0x7f() in winegstreamer (0x0032f6c8)

still appearing even when --without-gstreamer is used, but that's only a guess.
