[Bug 24045] Canon DPP 3.8.1.0 crashes when viewing image info box

It seems that if one follows wine's installation guide but also does something
like the following:

cabextract -d "$INSTALL_DIR" "$SOURCE_DIR/INST/Image Handling
Library/ENGLISH/IHL_LANG.CAB"

It will give you the two missing files:

~/CanonUPW_000/INST/Image Handling Library/ENGLISH$ cabextract IHL_LANG.CAB
Extracting cabinet: IHL_LANG.CAB
  extracting PspropSt.dll
  extracting rcPropSt.dll

I have not tested this method yet, but I'll give it a go soon.
