[Bug 19480] Monster truck Challenge problem

The game starts fine using the built-in quartz.dll with Wine-1.3.7. 
This one should be closed, shouldn't it? Not to mention the fact that the
originally reported problem was fixed earlier as I pointed out in comment #4.
