Updated H&R Block updater +msi trace

With wine-1.3.7, the updater fails with:

err:msi:ACTION_InstallFiles compressed file wasn't installed (L"C:\\Program
Files\\HRBlock2009\\Navigation\\enter_myself_dn.gif")
err:msi:ITERATE_Actions Execution halted, action L"InstallFiles" returned 1603
err:msi:ITERATE_Actions Execution halted, action L"ExecuteAction" returned 1603
