Here's the recipe:

 1. create a fresh prefix
 2. rm -f ~/.wine/drive_c/windows/Microsoft.NET/Framework/v1.1.4322/fusion.dll
 3. WINEDLLOVERRIDES=regsvcs.exe=b sh winetricks dotnet11
