Full log when running CivV

Happens here too.

Full (default pipes) log of when running CivV.

Starting BITS with “wine net start bits” seems to be noop, running it again
echoes same output.

smar at moon ~/T/S/w/c/d/O/Steam> wine net start bits
The BITS service is starting.

The BITS service was started successfully.
