Confirming that this error also occurs per the step through directions.  Only
line on screen is:

wine SwissManager.exe 
fixme:storage:create_storagefile Storage share mode not implemented.

Looks like this programs file -> Save dialog will not come up either.

Ideas on what to do for further troubleshooting (WINEDEBUG=?)
