Unfortunately i'm too busy to work on this patch at the moment(I am currently
writing my master thesis, which takes lots of time, and my job takes the rest).
I'll update the patch in this bug with my latest version, which supports
everything Windows offers for GetLogicalProcessorInformation (as far as i could
test).
