I checked how the Gom Player behaves under Windows when the stream isn't fast
enough. It doesn't start playback immedatly but shows a black screen for a
about 3 seconds. Then it displays the first frame for another second and
afterwards it starts blackback.

It displays no progress information when the stream sends no length
information: e.g. duration and position is 0. When the server sends length
information and supports byte range requests then the player detects after the
initial delay that it's current playback position is not at 0 and seeking is
possible.

Opening a specfic _saved_ stream file doesn't work properly with the current
GOM Player. It doesn't display an image and plays back sound for only about a
minute. Pressing stop and play again, or seeking makes it playback the file
without issues.
