Clean wine drive using wine 1.3.8 using install method of (Tom Wickline) IE7
now takes two to three minutes to load https pages.

I also set up clean wine drive using winetricks method with same results.

OS Open Suse 11.3 x86_64 using wine 32 bit 1.3.8
