The Document Explorer 2005 which is included with the Windows SDK for Vista
can still not be installed with Wine 1.3.8

The Document Explorer 2008 which is included with the Windows SDK for Windows 7
can also still not be installed with Wine 1.3.8

I need one of those for my Wine Development, because I do not want to
use MSDN for reading the Win32 Documentation...
