[Bug 25345] Internet Explorer 7 loading https pages vary slow

I originally installed IE7 in wine 1.2 using Tom Wicklines install method this
is the link from wine reviews

I also added wsh56 using wine tricks and up through wine 1.3.7 https pages
loaded quickly. I up graded to wine 1.3.8 and then https pages slowed to a
crawl. I then uninstalled wine 1.3.8 reinstalled wine 1.3.8 reinstalled IE7 in
clean wine drive using the same method with same results I tried adding wininet
with wine tricks same results. I then set up clean wine drive using wine tricks
IE7 install method also same results added wininet no change. Regular http
pages seam to load fine no slow down
