Still an issue in Wine-1.3.4: the game quits right after startup, without
displaying anything.

If I enable the game's debug feature via the game.ini configuration file, an
error dialogue is shown, saying:
'Error: Primary surface not supported by Bink subsystem.'

The game uses the bink codecs and a splashscreen is intended to be displayed on
startup.
