This works with wine-1.3.4-228-g0cc9c52. I suspect that it's
4f78c04ec86bd8efcda4af4206da4c7f4fa7516c (XSLPattern support) that fixed this.

I can see native msvcp100.dll and msvcr100.dll after installation. Installer
has some visual problems (with property sheets) but that's another story.
