I don't have Diablo II, but bug #22126 was marked as a duplicate of this
bugreport.
In Aztaka the issue is still not fixed, using wine-1.3.4-314-g5019592.
A white arrow pointer is always on the screen and tries to follow the game's
native mouse pointer, but it is confined into a small rectangle area in the
center of the screen.
