When running "winetricks ie7" in latest Wine from Git, I get a message box that
says "Setup could not verify the integrity of the files needed for
installation. Make sure the cryptographic service is running on this computer."

I think this is a regression since 1.3.4. I will verify and/or bisect it
shortly.
