[Bug 24825] Dawn of War: graphics configuration fails to start

I tested the demo. Looks like another directory is missing:

After manually creating the directory GraphicsOptions\\Data\\ the error is
gone, it tries to start, but fails anyway on my box. Could be my graphics card
is not new enough, Hennr could you give it a try?

Anyway, looks very much like http://bugs.winehq.org/show_bug.cgi?id=24781, only
the directoryname is different
