Osmos doesn't bundle its own version and crashes without it.
Even if there is an easy workaround with winetricks, it doesn't mean it's not a
bug.
I do not care much for its status, what i wanted was to make it more visible to
who takes care of msvcrt component (Piotr Caban and others). Should I CC them?
