+comctl32 traces

I can confirm, the issue is still present with wine-1.3.5-318-gd8a5bc9: only a
few of the items are drawn in the toolbar. There's no output from Wine while
running the application.

Workaround: installing native comctl32.dll via winetricks >> makes all items to
appear in the toolbar.

I attached a debug log, created by adding all possible comctl32 debug channels;
actually, only the dpa, imagelist, toolbar, tooltips and treeview channels are
used.

Please, consider changing the component to comctl32.
