I'm receiving the same error message from the same program on Ubuntu 10.04
32bit (not 64bit).
The program was successfully running until I made an update today.
Unfortunatly, I'm not able to tell what was updated... But it's broken ever
since the update.

To narrow down the number of possible causes: the last update before this one
was maybe a month ago.
