After making a regression test, I discovered the problematic patch:

    iphlpapi: Implement GetAdaptersAddresses.

However, that regression comes from wine-1.1.20, while we are in wine-1.3.2,
and reverting iphlpapi to wine-1.1.20 one into the latest build, does not work.
For some reason, it fails to detect network on Rise of Nations.

Anyway, better than reverting we should fix iphlpapi to made it work with Rise
of Nations.
