[Bug 20222] OLEPictureImpl_SaveAsFile is not implemented

Still a stub in 1.2.0.  I've tried installing dcom98 with winetricks, setting
OLE32, OLEAUT32, RPCRT4, all to native,native and get the error:

fixme:ole:OLEPictureImpl_SaveAsFile (0x101bff8)->(0x101c090, 1, 0x2efde0),
hacked stub.

Also tried installing vb6run with winetricks, same error.
