[Bug 24358] Final Fantasy XIV beta: fails to launch, fails version check

winetricks winhttp helps, but I also have to do WINEDEBUG=+relay,
else it gets stuck at "initializing network".

(It gets stuck also if I then redirect to /dev/null; piping to grep ws2_32
seems to make it happy.)

I have yet to successfully download, though; I've
seen at most 2 "local connections" and 0 "remote connections".
I seem to be suffering from the slow download
problems described at
http://ffxiv.zam.com/forum.html?game=268&mid=1282367905291145437&howmany=50
even on Windows, even with windows firewall turned off.
