This bug was de-facto hijacked from it's original meaning: initially it was
about steam windows jumping while being moving but later on that was fixed.
Then another bug was noticed with similar symptoms (jumping windows) occuring
_after_ the window move and left mouse button release. Some mush had been
create a new bugzilla entry about it but it had never happened leading to this
bugreport hijack.
