[Bug 23400] Metatrader 5 setup crashes

installation now works with wine 1.3.2 and MT5 built 328

but some errors are logged:

mountmgr:harddisk_ioctl unsupported ioctl 560000

err:toolbar:TOOLBAR_GetImageListForDrawing bitmap for ID 0, index 0 is not
valid, number of bitmaps in imagelist: 0

fixme:gdi:ExtCreatePen Hatches not implemented

these errors let MT5 run without trouble at first sight
