The installer pauses near the end with a model messagebox
that says
"Couldn't create instance of IKnownFolderManager";
the log says
err:ole:CoGetClassObject no class object {4df0c730-df9d-4ae3-9153-aa6b82e9795a}
could be created for context 0x17

Clicking OK lets the install proceed.
