Comitted as e7e1ec62c7d1b138dd70ce9dd444888709c60cdb.

The installer is looking for FOLDERID_PublicGameTasks, which is supported
now but not created by Wine (same goes for FOLDERID_LocalAppDataLow from
bug 22896).

If you do

$ mkdir -p ~/.wine/drive_c/users/Public/Microsoft/Windows/GameExplorer

the install completes successfully.
