Goto http://www.thehunter.com/ .
Create user.
Download client.
Open Firefox(or other browser), log in.
Click button "Hunt now". Waiting...
Open page "http://<USERNAME>.thehunter.com/sid/<SESSION_ID>/site/go_hunting/"
Copy Big Button "HUNT NOW" link.(Example
"emote://hunter/4ca23723-6752-001/rpc.c001.thehunter.com/")
Open terminal. cd '/home/dis/.wine/dosdevices/c:/Program Files/Emote/launcher'
Run game: wine launcher.exe
emote://hunter/4ca23723-6752-001/rpc.c001.thehunter.com/

("emote://hunter/4ca23723-6752-001/rpc.c001.thehunter.com/" - replace link.)
First running launcher, updating client. Running again and show config dialog.
Click "Start game".

I recomend using virtual desktop.
