[Bug 24498] Trainz 2006: when creating track, ballast and ties not drawn

He's noticed a few other things that don't show up.  
If you create a Fowler steam engine and then run it in cab view,
the roof, the firemen, and the cover for the firebox aren't drawn!

To reproduce: 
Start, Surveyor Mode, Create New,
click on the lowest icon on the right bar, scroll down to Fowler,
add it onto the track, select Quick Drive, save, overwrite,
select cab mode, select view, rotate with arrow keys until you see
where the roof and firebox should be.
